I have to respectfully disagree. The Citroen SM was an instant classic. (I think it came out just as Citroen was being taken over by Renault, in a hostile takeover, and approximately 2500 Citroen SM cars were crushed by Renault upon completion of the takeover. What a shame). It had a Maserati 3.0 Liter V6 with three two barrel carburetors. The suspension was hydraulic. The headlights turned with the steering wheel. I would love to own an SM, and I would also love to own a DS and CV. The Citroen DS 19/21/25 can be seen as the car used by Patrick Jane on the Mentalist. All in all, I think the car is awesome and I would love to own a Citroen SM. Some day.

John, I fully agree. It was innovative, interesting and, although not being my cup of tea, is still quite the design! Odd, in a good way, not dorky!

Pleased to see others take issue with this one. An iconic car for a lot of reasons. Most of those reasons will keep me from wanting to own one, but a great car regardless.
