Those are riot buses blocking off Gwanghwamun Intersection in Seoul, S. Korea. The U.S. Embassy is in the top left corner of the picture, and South Koreans love to riot. Not sure what they're protesting there, but you see those buses parked all over town when they think things are gonna get violent.
