Donald Gene Turnupseed didn't even see him coming…
#24 someone is very prepared for the zombie apocolypse
I guess he couldn't wait for the zombie apocalypse:
It's the Killdozer! This bloke got mad at the world, so he built a concrete and steel shell for his bulldozer, got in it and proceeded to drive through the town. As in through buildings.
then they shot him for being creative
That happened here in Colorado. Granby I believe, this dude was nuts, and not in a good way.
The guy that built this went on a suicide mission destroying his town. He used cameras and monitors to navigate and ended up shooting himself in this. Doesn't really fit in here.
#3 Totally turning the Cherokee into a Pirate ship…
#20 Wonder how many points that'd be worth in Tony Hawk.
#25 what is it
…and they're selling for over a million dollars at auction. One of BMW's most iconic cars.
#2 what a beauty, This engine in the car was supposed to go inside the engine of a Footwork F1 car in 1992 but was shelved, then in a Le Mans race car in 1999 I think. Then Porsche decided to make a road legal race car. and Voila.
#10 That must be the bus I've heard so much about.
#19 a lot of beautiful leg in front of that 68' Mustang
#23 Who among us hasn't done this at some point…
#15 Is a statue for a Larry's Giant Subs restaurant. Awesome subs btw.
It’s not a matter of just linitsg. And I know the typical theme taught, is list, list, list. And that adds to, expired, expired, expired. Marketing is a matter of selling and not hoping someone falls on it and is willing to struggle over and over to do the work of selling for the agent, just so a purchase can be made. If you don’t believe the property is worth the effort due to its value, then don’t waste everyone’s time linitsg it. It doesn’t benefit anyone. And for those with the office manager/mentor saying list at all costs, List correctly by focusing on properties you consider to have value .
