Silly americans. These are called Trials bikes. Its a sport which demands extreme levels of agility and skill.
The idea is to scale ANY obstacle without touching the ground with your feet .

Silly Chivers, these bikes can climb anything, not the bike alone it needs a talented rider as well. They will climb your car then hop/bounce on the rear wheel onto an upside garbage can, then drop down onto the front wheel and hop again dropping their rear wheel onto another object. Freagin awesome. look for Trials Bike on youtube, won't disappoint.
