yes it is they wanted to put it in the movie but after the crash the camaro as you can see was too messed up to continue and the CG would have been to much to do, to make the police cruiser look more damaged that it was and it was a real police car that caused the accident

Law enforcement and Military are Honorable, sadly some of the persons are however flawed.

A lot of them are Toronto Police, and this was during the Riots during the G20 summit. Lots of people got busted. 9, 14-18, and 19 is fans reaction to Canucks losing in the playoffs. So sad us Canadians act this way.
