Different country, different market. In Montreal, Quebec, you can't throw a stone without hitting a Fiat 500 or a Smart. Definitely not a dud over here !

I'm thinking of getting either a Fiat 500 or a smart for my next car. Leaning toward the fiat.

"How do these current duds line up with past automotive flops." So, am I to believe that you think that the original Fiat 500 #13 was a flop? Newsflash, IT WAS AS FAR FROM A FLOP AS YOU CAN POSSIBLY GET!

I don't know how it's doing in Europe but the current 500 sold less than half of it's goal for the year but I think its just a matter of time and marketing before it catches on enough to do decently in the US.

#11 ? In production since 1998 and Daewoo's best selling model? That's a dud? ???????
sham
i think some of these are just cars the editor does not fancy him/her self. a shame cause a dud and something you would not buy are not the same thing…. and this list missed the aztek. the amount of money gm.chev put into that car both production and marketing should top thislist

This is an epic fail thread. #1 doesn't even exist! #2, #3, #5, #6, #13, #21 were no duds and #16 is waaaaay not a dud. Built for 40 years and still selling.
etcrr
I was sorry to see these die, I liked them #14 and #17
