Interesting concept, I am pretty sure the bikes would eat it up though

Those bogie wheels are way to small for even a really flexible track material to rotate around at any sort of high speed. they would need to be at least 8" – 10" dia to function worth a damn. just sayin…

Yea, that is a pie-in-the-sky concept, textbook version. Even if they managed to make a functioning prototype, it'd have no chance whatsoever against the bikes. Sure, if they were doing a trip long enough to need to camp, some of the bikes would be at a disadvantage, though; regardless of how slow this thing would move, the occupants wouldn't freeze to death overnight, assuming they did their homework there…
