My family used to have a four speed Scout II diesel. That thing was awesome. Wish we still had it. It had shorter throws than any of my cars and went right into gear and let you know when it was in the gate with a nice solid stop. Shifted like a dream.

It also had plaid upholstery. It doesn't get any cooler than that.

I grew up with 2 International Harvester Travelall's, disappointed that there wasn't a single one in the entire post. The first one was a traditional avocado green. The second one however, got out of control and became a life sized Tonka Truck jacked sky high complete with flames and a 500hp engine, got 4 miles to the gallon on a good day!
