#3 was for sale in the DuPont registry a while back it is called an ETV Mike Vetter, it is powered by a 1.6L 4 cylinder chevy motor, automatic and cold A/C. you can do a google search for " ETV Mike Vetter" and it was priced at 55,000 and it was built from scratch
