When would wire wheels work: truck edition (23 photos)

I have always been a fan of wire wheels of the style on ferrari's in the old days, but I do not find these attractive at all. give me aluminum magsI loved the old creager, american, or keystone type.

The only time wired wheels work on a truck is when the truck is 2 wheel drive. As soon as you put them on a 4×4 you've lost all cred, and people will know your a douche. IMO

wired wheels do not belong on anything but a small two-seater classic sports car. wired for anything else, especially trucks, is silly. well, I haven't seen wired wheels on lawn mowers – internet do your thing.

Last one looks OK to me, the rest all look out of place. Old car or bike, that's about it.

#4 looks like a local vancouver truck.. before the guy sold it and the new owner put toyota axles under it and made it a 4×4
