Picture #5 was an accident in which the ship sank. See note pertaining also to picture #20, they are both from the same incident.

#20 was an accident.

Mighty Servant 3 was off-loading a drilling platform in Angola and it sank. Months later it was salvaged and after costly repairs it was returned to service.
