George Lucas does make documentaries – or to be more specific – dramatacizations. There are a few mistakes there, (like Jar jar’s accent, Greedo never died, luke was more proficient) but on the whole they’re accurate-ish.

When hydrogen becomes cost effective, a lot of concepts will become reality.

chill out! this will just be from a design students portfolio that is studying automotive design… quite proabaly asian, hence the incorrect grammer (engrish).
It wont have anything to do with VW, students often use existing car brands to add a semblance of authentucity to their concepts.
