A buggy kit with a shortened wheel base will easily get shaved down to 700kg's total weight. And most Vee-dub engines can be modified to 200+ horse power. It'll be fast as hell with a power to weight ratio like that.

Additional info: Most of the buggy kits in this series, are either Manx or Predator.
