#12 Was there that day; Heald College Roseville CA, Summer 2002. Some dumb ass was driving down the on ramp of I-80, clipped a minivan, went into the grass, hit a small ditch and flew into the building. The investigators said that if he didn't clip the tire on a chain link fence (that he mostly cleared) it would have gone through the window and he might have taken out a class full of students.
