I agree with both those points, mainly the front spoiler and soften the shark gills
Fix it

+1 for both. The sharp edges and especially the spoiler are to lambo. Rear lights need to be fixed too … Exaggerate the rear more and give it that long bonnet feel and I would eat ramen noodles and tuna for the next 30 years just to buy it.

Looks too much like a gt40/vette/360z knockoff. Ferraris look like FERRARIS, not like a hash of other lesser sports cars mixed.

Back reminds me a bit of the Chevy Camaro. The long front, the stance, all seem very Aston Martin-ish.
Gorgeous nonetheless. You can tell just by looking at #6 it would go on to become one of the classic Ferrari models.

Looks like a corvette banged a maserati, and then that banged a gallardo and they had this.

It's an attractive car, no doubt; the looks definitely mean business. But is it a Ferrari? No. As some have said before, the design is derivative, that's why it looks oddly familiar. I see traces of GT40, Stingray, Aston Martin among others. I could see Toyota or Mercedes totally going for it though.
