This is the Aerius electric concept. In the rear power comes by way of in-wheel electric motors along with an on-board electric motor. Here's the interesting thing, other than the sleep design, it has solar panel to constantly re-charge the battery. Just for a good laugh, let me give you the name of the battery. Let it be called a "nanotube super-capacitor". By the way, it should be out in 2025.
