The Australian Holden has 6.0 liter V8. UK's Vauxhall has a 6.2 liter V8. Love ya Aussies but I think the Vauxhall looks awesome.

cant really compare them side by side, the SSV is the standard car that he GTS (VXR8) is built off. The GTS is a much more expensive car, but also comes with a bit more power, more features and the HSV branding (in Australia anyways). As someone who sees them everyday, id have the SSV, the GTS bodykit and outright look at me appeal gets a bit old for me personally, still both awesome cars though.

Its a nicer G8. If looked like that here Pontiac would probably still be in business. Would take the VXR8 tho.

Get it straight people if it wasn't for the Commodore there wouldn't be VXR8 or G8…..

Holden has existed since the early 1900's and GM only took over in 1931, so technically Holden could still have existed with out GM… Plus these are the same car there both Holden's, the VXR8 is just the HSV (Holden Special Vehicle) version.
