Ohio State students ran their Buckeye "Bullet 2" at the Bonneville Salt Flats. The new Bullet 2 replaced their original hydrogen fuel celled "Bullet (1)" with lithium-ion batteries. Their original "Bullet (1)" set a fuel cell land speed record of 300.992. This year they almost got there with a top run of 297mph, which is still impressive.
